How to return a product:

For whatever reason you want to return a product, please inform us via email at coach@genetic.dog. If you wish to receive a refund for your order, it will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.

To ensure the fastest possible service, the items must be returned in their original packaging, preferably in the same box they were shipped in. If this is not possible, we would appreciate it if you could package the products as well as possible to avoid any issues with the return.

In a confirmation email, you will be informed that your package has been received and your order has been processed.

Conditions for exchange and return:

The maximum deadline for requesting returns is 14 calendar days from the day of order receipt. After this deadline, All Breeds no longer accepts returns.

For hygienic and health reasons, All Breeds does not accept returns of used, opened, or unsealed products. We also do not accept products that are damaged or without original packaging (box), or those with a missing component or accessory.

In order for a return to be valid, the kit must be sent back to our facilities. Once the set has arrived with us and has been reviewed by our team, we will refund the purchase amount with a fee of 50 € for processing and shipping costs.

Steps for the return:

If you want to return a product, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact customer service via email: coach@genetic.dog

2. Please package the product(s) in the same condition as you received it.

Once the products have been received, they will be inspected by All Breeds’ staff, and if everything is correct, the amount will be refunded by applying the previously described fee.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method that the customer chose when placing the order.

Please note that you must keep the invoice of your order in order to manage a return or exchange.

Replacement policy for defective or defective products

For reasons beyond our control, it is possible that you may receive a product with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as you notice any anomaly with the product and inform us about the incident. Once you get in touch with us, we will provide you with the procedure for exchanging the defective product.

If the reason for the return is that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, All Breeds will cover the costs of the return.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged or defective by the customer. You must send a photo showing that the product is defective due to a manufacturing error. If the All Breeds Support Team believes that the product has been damaged by the customer, no refund will be granted.

Returns due to transport damage:

It is possible that the product may be damaged in some way due to handling or transportation. To identify possible transport damages, All Breeds recommends its customers to inspect the package upon receipt in order to identify any bumps or damages on the outside of the package.

If the goods show obvious signs of damage during transport, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the goods upon receipt by informing the courier of the reason for the non-acceptance. If the customer accepts the package and later notices this, he must take photos of the package that demonstrate that the deterioration is a result of the transport.

Policy for lost and found objects

If the kit does not arrive at the destination within 15 calendar days after purchase, please contact our customer service department (coach@genetic.dog) and explain the incident so that we can clarify with the transport company what has happened. Once we have confirmation from the transport company that the kit has not reached its destination, we will send the customer a new kit free of charge. Shipping policy

Once the payment has been made, you will receive the package within 2 to 5 business days at the delivery address provided during the purchase of the kit.

You must then return the kit along with the sample to us for analysis. This shipping to our labs is not free.
